Herb Delagrange has been actively involved for a long time in the Fort Wayne Homebuilders Association. In 1996 Herb was honored to be President of the Association and later went on to become President of the State Association. He has been recipient of the "Builder of the Year" award in the Fort Wayne area three different years. This is one of the most prestigious awards a builder can be given as it is awarded by his peers.

Steve Smith Sales Manager ssmith@delagrange-homes.com Steve Smith has been involved in building and selling new homes for nearly 30 years. Steve grew up and began his career in the Chicago area. He also worked in the Dallas , Texas market for seven years. Steve and his family have been living and working in Fort Wayne for the past 14 years. Steve says, " I have been in this business for quite a few years and I am just as happy now as I was 25 years ago when I can help a family realize the dream of owning a new home". Steve enjoys golf and spending time with his wife Linda and their five children and eight grandchildren.
