Delagrange Homes will build any of the thousands of home plans found on any of the home plan sites listed below.
To view home plans - do the following:

1. On your computer's internet provider enter one of the web site names below and do a search. When you have opened the desired web site, do a plan search by entering the basic information you want in a new home.
2. Home price guidelines: The following home price guidelines are listed to provide approximate costs (per square foot of finished living area) of homes built by Delagrange Homes in Northeast Indiana- including the Fort Wayne area. Costs shown are for house only and are based on using either the Delagrange Homes' Gold series specification sheet or Platinum series specification sheet. (Specification sheets may be obtained by request). Prices will also vary depending on added features included and site conditions where the home is being built. Pricing guidelines are subject to change without notice. Delagrange will provide a detailed, precise cost estimate for any home- normally within 48 hours of the request. General pricing guidelines

Pricing guidelines: Costs below assume the home is built with a two car, front entry garage; built to Delagrange Homes Gold or Platinum series specifications (available upon request); slab foundation (basements are available as an option); lot cost is not included. All costs shown are approximate and only intended to provide a general idea of building costs for various home sizes and styles.

Single story homes: Cost per square foot.

1,200 SF to 1,500 SF - $80.00 to $85.00 per SF

1,500 SF to 2,000 SF - $78.00 to $86.00 per SF

2,000 SF to 2,400 SF - $77.00 to $86.00 per SF

Over 2,400 SF must quote

1 ½ story homes: Master bedroom on main floor typical.

1,400 SF to 1,700 SF - $79.00 to $84.00 per SF

1,700 SF to 2,000 SF - $76.00 to $84.00 per SF

2,000 SF to 2,500 SF - $75.00 to $84.00 per SF

Over 2,500 SF must quote

2- story homes: Master bedroom typically on 2nd floor.

1,400 SF to 1,700 SF - $70.00 to $78.00 per SF

1,700 SF to 2,000 SF - $68.00 to $76.00 per SF

2,000 SF to 2,500 SF - $65.00 to $76.00 per SF
